This FREE training is for voluntary and community sector employers only. You must provide the details of your voluntary and community sector organisation when registering.

This session is part of our programme of HR training for London for All and will focus on managing employees who are underperforming due to lack of capability.

This workshop will help you;

Understand the meaning of capability and when it may apply
Deal with poor performance through capability and give you some options

This workshop will be run by Shirley Briggs

Shirley is a freelance HR consultant who previously managed the PEACe service at LVSC supporting many hundreds of voluntary and community organisations in that time. Before joining PEACe Shirley worked for many years as a HR Manager in the social housing sector and latterly worked independently before joining PEACe. Shirley is a qualified counsellor with a small private practice and has also trained as a workplace mediator.

Due to high demand for places on our training courses, we can only offer one place per organisation.

In the event of a no-show without 24 hours' notice of cancellation, LVSC reserves the right to charge a fee of £50 per person. This is to ensure our administrative, catering and booking costs are covered.
